Phone calls via Sipcast are recorded automatically. You can download the audio files as uncompressed WAV- data sets after every phone call. There is always a microphone and a speaker/headphone audio file provided. Make sure to download them shortly afterwards. They won’t be saved for long.
If you don’t want phone calls to be recorded automatically, simply go to your personal settings by clicking on your Sipcast number at the bottom right and untick automatic recording. Due to limitations of common web browsers we can only save the first 20 minutes of a phone call.
